The horrible weather doesn’t stop us from having fun in Acorn Class. This week we put on our all in ones and wellies and played in the rain.
We had a great time last week at Old Holly Farm. The children spent the day feeding chickens and calves, finding out where our milk comes from and where it goes, making butter, tasting ice-cream and stroking lots of friendly farm animals.
We had a fantastic day out at Brockholes Nature Reserve. The children learnt so much about habitats and what different habitats and micro-habitats provide for the animals who live there. The weather was glorious and the children were impeccably behaved during the whole day. Well done, Willow Class!
